Man, you guys and your cintiqs. I gotsta get me one of them. Mike, I'm digging the digital painting your doing. Another nice piece.
Thanks Dustin. I love your Mario Bros.
Made me laugh as soon as I saw it.
Thanks. I always liked how freaking weird the Mario games were. There's also something really satisfying in drawing a classic like Mario. I've been waiting for an excuse to do some drawings of old video game characters.
I've done another one of a different game character, but I want to wait to post it.
i love "Game Night." its cute and repulsive at the same time...
Hey you guys have some real talent. Ever think about selling some of your stuff? I would seriously pay for a sketch/painting of Leon and Ada Wong from Resident Evil 4, or something Star Wars related. Just a thought. Keep up the good work. XBL gamertag: DARTH WLA
Thanks, Rob, I appreciate it. I love your ode to the 2600, too. It reminds me of when I went to Kiddie City when I was 8 to pick one up with my own money. It was only about $25 or $50 but to the 8 year old me it was just as expensive as today's consoles. You couldn't put a price on playing Combat in your own home whenever you wanted, though.
DARTH WLA, thanks for the comments. I am pretty sure most of us do commission pieces. You can check out everyone's personal sites in the links to the right. Drop us a line if you're interested. Some of us are on Xbox Live, too. My gamertag is boydmonkey.
